With more than 35 years of industry experience, Mr. Shiv Prakash Mittal, is an iconic figure in the Indian wood panelling industry with the distinction of creating some of the industry’s most successful brands. Mr. Mittal has been instrumental in driving Greenply Industries Ltd. to where it is today. It is his vision and far-sightedness which has led the company to set-up plants across the length and breadth of the country and also expand overseas.
Mr. Shobhan Mittal
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
He was instrumental in creating the ‘Engineered Panel Division’ at Greenply Industries which manufactures, markets and exports Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) and flooring solutions.
Mr. Mittal forayed into the MDF business against all odds. His leadership and outreach has resulted in stronger understanding and acceptability of MDF as a product in an industry dominated by plywood.
He now has his sight set on bridging the gap between India’s wood-based industry and international world-class industries. A step in this direction was commissioning Asia’s largest MDF plant in Andhra Pradesh.
The corporate fraternity has now acknowledged Mr. Mittal’s pioneering efforts and over the years, he has been conferred with numerous awards, ‘The Economic Times Most Promising Business Leaders of Asia’ and ‘Amity Leadership Award for Business Excellence’ being the most recent ones.

Previous work experience: M/s M.K.J. Enterprises and Greenply.
Mr. Subhash Kumar Agarwal

Operations Head with over 40 years of experience in developing, delivering and driving a robust operational framework. He is the head of our Andhra Pradesh and Uttarakhand factories, and ensures that all company policies, procedures and standards are strictly adhered to. Previous work experience: Century Pulp & Paper and Nuwud MDF Limited.
Mr. Atul Dixit
National Head- Plywood
A post-graduate in English literature along with a PG certification from IIM Bangalore, he has over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing in consumer durables and building material industry. His speciality lies in strategizing new business development, channel sales management, retail and institutional channel development, product management and relationship management. Previous work experience: RMC Switchgears, Greenply, Ashirvad Pipes, and Godrej & Boyce.
Mr. Shekhar Chandra Sati
Senior Vice President - Sales (MDF-N&E)
An experienced MDF North & East Sales Head with a demonstrated history of working in different industries. Skilled in managing business operations, business development and negotiations, forecasting monthly/annual sales target and executing them in given time frame. Previous work experience: Welspun Flooring, Simpolo Vetrified, Orient Bell, Jaquar, Excel Bath Fitting, Sun Earth Ceramics and Neelkanth.
Mr. Neeladri Basu
Senior Vice President - Finance and Accounts
A Chartered Accountant with 24 years of experience in International Trade Finance, Financial Management & Accounting, Business Planning, Taxation and Project Accounting. Mr. Basu has been in the frontline during construction of the two greenfield projects of the Company and has been closely working with the management to implement the business strategies. He acts as the Operational Controller for Company’s exports and actively works with the industry to make the ‘Aatma Nirbhar Bharat’ campaign successful. Previous work experience: British Oxygen, Jumbo Electronics and Ingersoll Rand.
